SMT Assembly

Surface-mount technology (SMT) is the foundation of our LED circuit board production. Our automated SMT lines precisely place components onto circuit boards, ensuring accurate positioning, reliable soldering and consistent electrical performance. This automation delivers high-volume production with minimal variation between units.

Assembly

Following SMT, our assembly teams bring together LED modules, drivers, optical lenses, housings and thermal management components. Skilled workers and semi-automated stations assemble each fixture with care, maintaining tight tolerances and proper alignment to ensure optimal light output and heat dissipation.

Testing

Every luminaire undergoes comprehensive testing before it leaves our factory. We verify photometric performance, color temperature, CRI, beam angle, electrical safety and functionality. Advanced testing equipment ensures each product meets our high standards and your specification.

Aging

To ensure long-term reliability, our products undergo an aging test that runs them at rated conditions for an extended period. This process identifies early failures and confirms that LED modules, drivers and thermal systems perform stably over time, reducing the risk of field issues for your customers.

Quality Control Process

Quality is embedded throughout our manufacturing process through a comprehensive quality control system aligned with ISO9001 standards. We apply multi-stage inspection to catch issues early and guarantee consistency.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Every incoming component – from LED chips and drivers to housings and lenses – is inspected on arrival to verify it meets our quality specifications. This first line of defense ensures defective materials never enter our production line.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

During production, our IPQC team monitors each stage of assembly, conducting regular checks on component placement, soldering quality, alignment and assembly accuracy. This continuous oversight catches issues immediately and maintains high yield rates.

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

Before shipping, every finished product undergoes final outgoing inspection. We verify appearance, functionality, photometric performance and packaging to ensure your order arrives complete and ready for distribution. Detailed inspection reports are available upon request.
